精 • 氣 • 神
Jīng • Qì • Shén
分析:
天有三宝日月星;地有三宝水火风;
人有三宝精氣神,会用三宝福寿康宁。
Context
The basis of this theory is that the human body is composed of many energy fields superimposed on one another.
Particularly, taoist philosophy believes jing qi shen are the 3 primary layers of energy that work together to promote longevity.
Breakdown
Firstly, 精 refers to the functioning of our vital organs.
精 is our life source, which controls the gradual processes of development and aging.
Secondly, 氣 is the energy flowing through our bodily systems
be it circulatory, digestive or nervous.
神 refers to the higher ideals of inner peace enlightenment.

Additionally, this theory is described in the order of decreasing density: from 精 being the heaviest and most dense to 神 being the most refined and lightest layer of energy.
Inter-connection
When your 精 is strong, it allows for unobstructed flow of qi through the body.
Only When 精 and 氣 are stable, then your spiritual life, Shen can be supported.
Through the Three Treasures framework, my wish to the receiver of this art piece is:
to actively take steps that preserve their life source, in turn promoting healthy circulation and strong immunity. And finally reaching a state of inner peace to allow them to live a life of fulfilment.
